Ethical considerations are at the heart of our transdisciplinary research. We investigate and develop criteria, methods and processes that lead to better, more sustainable and responsible innovation.

Innovations must be conceived as socio-technical events. A technological breakthrough always leads to social changes as well. We take these aspects as integral to the research and development process.

Taking ethical, social and legal aspects into account during the innovation process is an inter- and transdisciplinary task. We connect and cooperate with all relevant stakeholders.
